Schedule:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Thursday (overtime possible on Fridays) OR

4th Shift: 6am - 6pm Friday - Sunday

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $26.00/hour + $3.00/hour shift differential for 4th Shift

PDS Tech Commercial is hiring experienced Welders to join a respected manufacturing team in Hamilton, Ohio. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, a supportive work environment, and the chance to contribute to the production of high-quality industrial products.

What You'll Do

• Weld a variety of components according to print and specification requirements

• Perform aluminum TIG and MIG welding on materials ranging from .063" to 3/8" thickness

• Set up and adjust welding fixtures for various part applications

• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing goals

• Assist with training and supporting team members as needed

• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Experience with aluminum TIG and MIG welding

• Ability to weld materials ranging from .063" to 3/8" thickness

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

• Basic math skills

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

• Previous manufacturing experience

• Experience helping train or mentor others
