About the Role
As a Supply Chain Analyst (Procurement Associate), you will play a key role in developing and executing procurement strategies that support a high-performing aftermarket business. This position goes beyond transactional purchasing—you will influence supplier partnerships, cost optimization, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, and product management.
Based in Charlotte, NC, this opportunity offers exposure to global supply chain operations within a leading HVAC organization.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute category strategies for aftermarket HVAC parts aligned with business objectives
Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Drive cost reduction initiatives through market analysis and strategic sourcing
Collaborate with planning, engineering, operations, and product teams to align procurement strategies
Establish and monitor supplier KPIs; address performance issues proactively
Support and influence a cross-functional procurement network and supplier base
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement within large, global organizations
3+ years of advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word
2+ years of experience with SAP and Power BI
Ability to travel up to 20% within North America
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
3+ years of experience in aftermarket or resale supply chain environments
Demonstrated success driving cost savings through sourcing and negotiation strategies
Strong analytical and market research capabilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to present and influence at all organizational levels
Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification
