Location: Lewisville, TX | Schedule: 2nd shift, 2pm to 10:30pm | Starting Payrate: $25/hour 

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Production Maintenance Mechanic to support a leading food and beverage manufacturer. In this hands-on role, you'll help maximize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and keep production operating safely and efficiently. What You'll Do 

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems 

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform preventive and scheduled maintenance 

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems 

• Read equipment manuals and work orders to complete repairs efficiently 

• Perform facility maintenance, including basic plumbing and carpentry 

• Maintain maintenance logs, parts inventory, and shop organization 

• Identify equipment issues, communicate with supervisors, and support continuous improvement 

• Follow all safety procedures, cGMP requirements, and standard operating procedures 

What You'll Bring 

Required 

• High school diploma or GED 

• Craft apprenticeship or equivalent maintenance experience 

• 4+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience 

• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills 

• Working knowledge of PLCs and HVAC systems 

• Experience with welding and plumbing 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

• Preferred 

• Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance 

• Vacuum furnace experience 

• Experience in food, beverage, or other regulated manufacturing environments
