Perform quality checks, including color matching, mil thickness testing, scratch testing, oven temperature verification, and cleaning solution inspections.
Set up, adjust, and operate spray guns to ensure quality paint application.
Verify first-piece runs meet specifications and quality standards.
Train team members on proper painting, masking, and part-hanging techniques.
Read and interpret blueprints, BOMs, routers, and other technical documents.
Maintain paint and supply inventory and order materials as needed.
Support production schedules through effective prioritization and Kanban management.
Identify and report quality concerns, production issues, and other abnormalities.
Follow all safety procedures, chemical handling requirements, and PPE guidelines.
