Fabrication Associate

Description:

Looking for a hands-on career with growth potential? We're seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join a busy fabrication shop that builds fire sprinkler system components from the ground up. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential for full-time employment.

What You'll Do

Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, grooving machines, and threading machines

Measure, cut, and assemble pipe

Read and use a tape measure accurately

Bundle and prepare materials for shipment

Follow safety procedures and standard operating practices

Cross-train in multiple areas of the shop

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of recent manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial experience

Machine operation experience preferred

Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math

Comfortable working with pipe and sheet metal

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

Welding school students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM

45 hours per week

Overtime opportunities available, including Saturdays

Payrate : $20.00

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
