Key Responsibilities

 Warehouse Operations

• Perform picking, packing, shipping, loading, and unloading activities
  
• Verify products using part numbers, labels, and inventory records
  
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse documentation
  
• Utilize warehouse systems and handheld technology to support operations
  

 Equipment Operation

• Safely operate:
  
  
  
  • Reach Trucks
    
  • Dock Stockers
    
  • Cherry Pickers
    
  
  
  
• Conduct daily equipment inspections
  
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
  

 Quality & Inventory Control

• Inspect products for damage and discrepancies
  
• Resolve inventory and shipment issues when possible
  
• Maintain accurate records and reports
  
• Support inventory accuracy and process compliance
  

 Leadership & Team Support

• Train and mentor new and less experienced associates
  
• Provide support across departments as needed
  
• Serve as a backup to Team Leads when required
  
• Help maintain workflow continuity and operational efficiency
  

 Safety & Continuous Improvement

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and standards
  
• Lead by example in promoting a safe work environment
  
• Identify process improvement opportunities
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
  

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of warehouse operations
  
• Experience operating powered warehouse equipment
  
• Strong time management and organizational skills
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
  
• Experience using warehouse management systems and handheld devices
