We are seeking a Production Machine Operator to set up and operate machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves reading blueprints, adjusting machine settings, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate production machinery following established procedures.
Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery.
Adjust machine settings to meet specifications and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all safety guidelines and report to a supervisor.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
0–2 years of experience in a related field.
Familiarity with standard manufacturing concepts and procedures.
Ability to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
Special Considerations:
Lifting generally does not exceed 30 lbs and is not highly repetitive.
Moderate exposure to machinery and potential chemical, biological, or physical risks.
May involve operating powered industrial trucks.
