Location: St. Paul, MN | Schedule: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Pay: $19–$21/hour
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support a leading electronics manufacturer. In this role, you'll ensure materials and products move accurately and efficiently through the warehouse, helping keep production on track and customers satisfied.
What You'll Do
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials.
Process shipping transactions and prepare customer orders.
Maintain accurate inventory records using an ERP system.
Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
Follow FIFO inventory practices and warehouse procedures.
Coordinate with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Production to resolve material or shipping issues.
Ensure all shipments meet quality and documentation requirements.
What We're Looking For
Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory control.
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Basic math, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Preferred
Manufacturing or inventory management experience.
Experience with M1 ERP software.
Forklift certification or experience.
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb throughout the shift.
Work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
Use a computer and warehouse equipment as needed.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
