Description:
Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 Project Management Specialist 3's for a contract opportunity in Everett, WA.

100% onsite

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
• Non-engineering degree
• Database experience
• -Basic tools

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support requirements implementation, QE checks, PR support, and related tasks. Supporting all validation and verification work for 777X Mech/Hyd. Duties may include (but are not limited to):
• Perform impact analysis for requirement changes and PRS updates
• Manage and track Problem Reports (PRS), ensuring proper prioritization, resolution, and closure
• Establish and enforce requirements structure, attributes, and linking strategy (e.g., parent-child, verification, PRS linkage)
• Own end-to-end requirements management process
• Develop and maintain DOORS modules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (systems, design, test, certification) to align requirements.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

WORK HOURS:
FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT; 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
