Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple Talent Acquisition Business Partner 3's for a remote contract opportunity.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o Bachelor's degree and six or more years of recruiting and sourcing experience; or an additional four years of experience in lieu of a degree.
o Experience with full life-cycle recruiting and sourcing diverse, technical talent across various engineering, manufacturing, and other disciplines.
o Documented social media savviness with extensive online networks.
o Demonstrated history of partnering and engaging with HR and hiring managers and establishing credibility with extensive business acumen.
o Candidate Sourcing.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will drive end-to-end hiring and serve as a strategic advisor to business and HR leaders, advancing our Enterprise-wide digital transformation. You will align talent strategies to business priorities, deliver high-quality hires, and leverage agile recruitment methodologies to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
o Serve as the primary recruiting partner to hiring managers and HRBPs; lead intake/discovery to define role requirements, success profiles, and selection criteria.
o Build and execute data-driven hiring strategies for cleared and non-cleared technical and functional roles; create targeted pipelines aligned to near- and long-term workforce plans.
o Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, proactive outreach, screening, structured interviews, panel facilitation, debriefs, references, and candidate closing.
o Advise on labor market and competitor intelligence (talent supply, compensation, location strategy) to inform headcount planning and requisition prioritization.
o Champion an exceptional candidate experience; keep candidates and stakeholders informed, prepare interview teams, and drive timely, inclusive decision-making.
o Partner with Compensation, Legal, Security, and Talent Ops on offer development, approvals, clearances, relocation, and start dates; ensure EEO/OFCCP compliance and audit-ready documentation.
o Leverage and optimize sourcing channels and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Clearance Jobs, Indeed, niche boards) and engage agency partners when needed; hold vendors accountable for results.
o Activate employer brand and employee value proposition across social channels, professional communities, and events; represent at targeted recruiting engagements.
o Build and nurture strategic talent communities for critical skill areas; convert passive prospects into active candidates through sustained relationship management.
o Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing, selection best practices, and bias mitigation to improve quality of hire and diversity outcomes.
o Use ATS/CRM to manage requisitions and pipelines; maintain data integrity, track funnel metrics (time-to-fill, conversion, source effectiveness), and continuously improve processes through agile recruiting sprints.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o Background in agency recruiting.
o Excellent planning and organizational skills; able to manage multiple high priority projects effectively in a high volume, fast-paced service environment.
o Self-directed, excellent customer service skills and results orientation.
o Experience with server-based applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday and/or Eightfold.
o Prefer experience developing competitive market intelligence for talent.
o Demonstrate a strong understanding of OFCCP process compliance.
o Ability to demonstrate effective ways to build talent pipelines and tactical research.
o Knowledge of alternative search techniques to find and engage passive candidates.
o AI.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High school diploma is required.
School must be accredited.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time. 9/80 workweek. This position can be remote or hybrid on-site at San Diego, CA; Baltimore, MD; Redondo Beach, CA; Woodland Hills, CA; Cincinnati, OH or Tampa, FL.
