AP Supplier Refund Analyst

Description:
Chipton-Ross is seeking an AP Supplier Refund Analyst for a hybrid contract opportunity in Lakeland, FL.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
• Record all incoming supplier refunds
•Perform daily bank ties for refund bank account(s)
•Perform research to determine appropriate application/disposition for all assigned refund cases
•Prepare required financial entries to accurately transfer refunds to the appropriate supplier or GL account
•Support monthly reporting requirements for leadership
•Support weekly check special handling requirements
•Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the organization.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
• Accredited High School Diploma or GED.

WORK HOURS:
•Full-Time
