Chipton-Ross is seeking an SAP Developer for a remote contract opportunit.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): • Proven SAP design and development experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA systems •* Understanding of SAP PCM 2023, SAP PCM 2025 both FPS versions • *Knowledge of SAP ECC PCM and SAP EHS and compliance-domain awareness • Experiencing interfacing to CDATS or similar systems •Understanding how master data and compliance rules flow through the SAP landscape. •Exposure to GTS, EHS module developments •SAP-related Bill-of-Material (BOM) processing, data-exchange work-arounds, custom field implementation, and a set of targeted reports. •Data Integration •Experience with ETL processes •CSV/XML import templates, • Experience with large scale implementations • Experience with ABAP Development • Experience with SAP design and development • Strong communication skills and ability to lead collaborative work
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: You will support the Plan-to-Stock Value Stream. Your responsibilities are based on a broad knowledge of IT and include, but are not limited to the following: • Owning HOW data is being sent/received • Supporting proof of concepts, ensuring proposed code changes are both feasible and sustainable while minimizing technical debt in all designs • Supporting and subsequently executing software development scoping, sizing activities for identified RICEWF requirements • Reviewing functional and technical specifications for quality, programmability and ensuring a scalable approach • Working with middleware on how to optimally make multiple systems interface with one another using the best technical approach • Collaborating with other Plan-To-Stock (PTS) IT developers with complex design decisions, product evaluations, or other technical obstacles • Collaborating with partner technology teams to accomplish goals
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): • Proven SAP design and development experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA systems • First-hand Experience with classic SAP tools/skills such as Restful ABAP (RAP), ABAP Development Tools (ADT), ALV, Adobe Forms, ALE/IDOC, RFC/BAPI,BADI/enhancements, Workflow, LSMW/LTMC, CDS Views (Table Functions, Virtual Elements), AMDP, AIF, DRF • Exposure to working with SAP tools/skills such as Fiori Launchpad and Fiori Elements, SAPUI5, Javascript, GIT, WebIDE/BAS and other SAP technologies • Experience with integrations using SOAP via SOA Manager, ODATA, IDOCs and Proxys • Focused-build experience • RF screen development
