Summary:

Plans and leads department processes for developing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations to document as-built configuration.

Develops manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives.

Prepares build analyses and cost estimate reports for manufacturing planning.

Leads integration of complex suppliers, processes, materials, data, and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.

Develops complex tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering requirements and manages tooling from initial design to end-of-use disposition.

Leads investigation and resolution of complex or systemic manufacturing related issues.

Leads teams performing producibility assessments of design concepts.

Leads development of complex work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments.

Drafts, updates, and reviews processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements.

Reviews and implements non-conformance requirements into shop floor work orders and supplier specifications and translates EBOM into MBOM.

Requirements:

Active Secret Security Clearance required to start.

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Bachelor's degree in STEM field.

5+ years of manufacturing planning experience with electrical systems.

Experience with GOLD production system.

Experience developing manufacturing plans and Bill of Materials for electrical systems.

Experience integrating suppliers, processes, materials, data, and technology for manufacturing.

Experience developing and managing tooling requirements for manufacturing.

Experience performing producibility assessments and resolving manufacturing issues.

Ability to work in a factory environment including walking, climbing steps, and scaffolding.
