PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced FAA Technician to support the assembly, repair, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic products in a production environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong component-level troubleshooting experience, soldering expertise, and a solid understanding of analog and digital circuits.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies to the component level
  
• Assemble and test electronic products according to specifications
  
• Perform through-hole and surface mount soldering and rework
  
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and work instructions
  
• Operate manufacturing and production equipment
  
• Verify product quality and ensure specifications and tolerances are met
  
• Diagnose and resolve production and assembly issues
  
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and production goals
  
• May assist in training or directing less experienced team members
  

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
  
• 4–6 years of related electronics manufacturing or technician experience
  
• Experience troubleshooting electronic assemblies at the component level
  
• Working knowledge of analog and digital circuits
  
• Strong soldering skills, including SMT and through-hole components
  
• Ability to read and interpret:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, medical device, aerospace, or high-reliability electronics manufacturing
  
• Familiarity with electronic test equipment and diagnostic tools
  
• Experience supporting production and manufacturing operations
  
• Leadership or mentoring experience in a manufacturing environment
