Job Title: Customer Support Management
Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (6-Month Assignment)
Location: Wichita, KS
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
As a Customer Support Management Professional, you will serve as a key link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring that spare parts and support services are delivered efficiently and effectively. You'll analyze customer and supplier data, resolve delivery challenges, manage returned materials, and help strengthen customer relationships.
Your work will play an essential role in supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced aviation environment.
In this role, you will:
Analyze supplier and customer data related to the ordering and delivery of spare parts, provisioning products, and related services.
Process and evaluate customer-returned materials.
Review and respond to customer inquiries regarding spare parts requirements.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely and accurate responses.
Investigate and resolve delivery and service issues.
Create, maintain, and monitor performance metrics and reporting tools.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends and opportunities for enhanced service performance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and support.
Develop a deep understanding of customer business objectives, operational needs, and organizational culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer expectations and business commitments are consistently met.
Previous experience in customer service, customer support, account coordination, supply chain support, or a related business function.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable solutions.
