FAA Assembler
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a motivated FAA Assembler to support the assembly, testing, calibration, and repair of mechanical and electromechanical components in an FAA-regulated manufacturing environment.

Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products according to:
Engineering drawings
Blueprints
Work instructions
Product specifications
Use hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring devices to complete assembly tasks
Perform functional testing and calibration of products
Verify components meet specifications and tolerance requirements
Troubleshoot and repair assemblies that fail testing or inspection
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections
Ensure products meet FAA, customer, and quality requirements
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
Follow FAA, safety, and company procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support continuous improvement and team objectives
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read and interpret:
Work instructions
Blueprints
Technical documentation
Basic mechanical aptitude
Experience using hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Technical training, vocational education, or apprenticeship
0–2 years of manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience
Ability to lift and move materials exceeding 30 lbs.
