In this hands-on role, you'll help keep production running by receiving, moving, storing, and distributing materials safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do 

As a Material Handler, you'll play a key role in supporting daily warehouse and production operations by: 

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility using hand trucks, pallet jacks, electric dollies, and other material handling equipment. 

• Receive, count, weigh, and verify incoming materials and shipments. 

• Open containers, label materials, and maintain accurate inventory records. 

• Load and unload trucks, pallets, racks, conveyors, and production equipment. 

• Assist machine operators by moving materials and lifting heavy items manually or with lifting equipment. 

• Use basic computer systems to log into programs, print labels, and enter time accurately. 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company safety procedures. 

• Support shipping and receiving operations as assigned. 

• Opportunity to train and operate a forklift based on business needs and demonstrated performance. 

What We're Looking For 

Required Qualifications 

• One to two (1–2) years of warehouse or material handling experience. 

• Basic computer skills, including the ability to log into systems, print labels, and enter time. 

• Ability to safely lift, move, and transport materials throughout the facility. 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 

• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work area. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Previous forklift experience or the ability to learn forklift operation. 

• Experience with shipping and receiving processes. 

• Familiarity with warehouse inventory practices and material handling equipment. 

• Experience supporting manufacturing or aerospace operations.
