Create Experiences That Connect People and Ideas

As a Digital Experience Designer & SharePoint Site Creator, you'll play a key role in transforming business needs into engaging digital solutions. You'll design compelling visual content while building and maintaining the SharePoint environments where that content lives.

Your work will directly support digital innovation initiatives by creating intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional intranet experiences that enhance communication, collaboration, and employee engagement across the organization.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

SharePoint Site Design & Development

• Create, configure, and launch SharePoint Online team sites and communication sites
  
• Build information architecture (IA), including:
  
  
  
  • Page layouts
    
  • Site navigation
    
  • Libraries
    
  • Lists
    
  • Metadata
    
  • Views
    
  • Permissions
    
  
  
  
• Implement approved templates and governance standards
  
• Establish site governance, usage guidelines, and maintenance processes
  
• Manage site lifecycle activities, including updates, enhancements, content refreshes, and archival
  

Creative Design & User Experience

• Develop visually compelling content for:
  
  
  
  • SharePoint pages
    
  • Intranet platforms
    
  • Internal communications
    
  • Presentations
    
  • Digital campaigns
    
  
  
  
• Create graphics aligned with company branding standards
  
• Support UX/UI visual design initiatives for new digital experiences
  
• Translate business requirements into intuitive content layouts and user-centered designs
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve usability, engagement, and information accessibility
  

Stakeholder Support

• Gather requirements from business teams and stakeholders
  
• Transform complex or unstructured requests into effective digital solutions
  
• Provide consultation and recommendations on content strategy, site organization, and visual presentation
  
• Collaborate across departments to ensure consistency and adoption of digital best practices
  

Required Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who have:

• Associate's Degree in a related field and typically 6+ years of relevant experience
  
  
  
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
    
  
  
  
• Experience building and configuring SharePoint Online sites
  
• Strong understanding of:
  
  
  
  • Information Architecture (IA)
    
  • SharePoint governance
    
  • Site provisioning processes
    
  • Site lifecycle management
    
  
  
  
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
  
  
  
  • Illustrator
    
  • Photoshop
    
  • InDesign
    
  
  
  
• Experience developing visual content for web and intranet environments
  
• Strong visual communication and branding skills
  
• Excellent requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement abilities
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
