As an IT Support Technician II, you'll be a trusted technical resource for employees across the organization. From resolving hardware and software issues to supporting network connectivity and user access, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the systems that enable business operations and aviation excellence.

Your expertise will help ensure employees remain productive, connected, and equipped with the tools they need to succeed.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Provide desktop, laptop, hardware, and software support to end users
  
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, service, and repair computer systems and network equipment
  
• Support printers, peripherals, VPN connectivity, RSA authentication, and video teleconference (VTC) technologies
  
• Respond to incoming support requests and resolve technical issues efficiently
  
• Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory and Azure Entra ID
  
• Utilize ServiceNow to track, manage, and resolve support tickets
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot industry-standard hardware and software issues
  
• Investigate user and business technology needs and recommend appropriate hardware and software solutions
  
• Deliver exceptional customer service and technical assistance to employees
  
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve support processes
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate technical solutions clearly to users
  

Required Qualifications

We're seeking candidates who have:

• Associate's Degree in a related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience
  
  
  
  • Additional education may substitute for experience
    
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
    
  
  
  
• Experience supporting computer hardware, software, and end users
  
• Experience with:
  
  
  
  • Active Directory
    
  • Azure Entra ID
    
  • ServiceNow
    
  
  
  
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network technologies
  
• Basic knowledge of:
  
  
  
  • Computers and desktop systems

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
