Position Details

Job Title: Materials/Manufacturing Planner

Location: Moorestown, NJ

Duration: 12-Month Assignment

Pay Rate: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | 4/10 Schedule

As a Materials/Manufacturing Planner, you will help ensure materials are accurately received, tracked, verified, and available when needed to support production operations. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will directly contribute to efficient workflows, inventory accuracy, and on-time production performance.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Receive, store, and move materials and parts throughout the facility.
  
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and storage locations for accuracy.
  
• Maintain accurate inventory records and material tracking documentation.
  
• Enter, sort, filter, and manage inventory data using Excel.
  
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure material accuracy.
  
• Support material planning and coordination activities through the MRP system.
  
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers regarding material status and requirements.
  
• Assist with stockroom and receiving operations as needed.
  
• Help ensure materials are available to support production schedules and customer requirements.
  
• Maintain organized inventory areas and support best practices in inventory management.
  

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
  
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
  
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:

• Ability to accurately verify part numbers, quantities, and inventory locations.

• Willingness to perform hands-on material handling duties as required.
