PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aerospace organization to find a passionate and strategic Culture & Engagement Specialist who believes that exceptional workplaces are built through inclusion, collaboration, and meaningful employee experiences.
In this role, you'll help shape a culture where employees feel connected, valued, and empowered to do their best work. From supporting Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and advancing Inclusion & Belonging initiatives to driving employee engagement strategies and leveraging workforce insights, you'll play a key role in strengthening the employee experience across the organization.

What You'll Do
As the Culture & Engagement Specialist, you'll collaborate across Human Resources, business leaders, and employee groups to develop and execute initiatives that foster an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing workplace.
Inclusion & Belonging Leadership
Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), helping them grow their impact and reach across the organization.
Communicate governance standards, policies, and approved processes to ensure successful ERG operations.
Champion Inclusion & Belonging initiatives that promote employee connection, collaboration, and belonging.
Manage ERG budgets while partnering with Procurement and Finance to support purchasing, invoicing, and administrative needs.
Coordinate internal communications that elevate employee participation and awareness.
Program Management & Strategy
Lead and manage projects within the Culture & Engagement portfolio from planning through execution.
Develop and deploy employee engagement initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and organizational effectiveness.
Track quarterly KPIs, analyze results, and partner with HR Communications to develop action plans and organizational messaging.
Monitor program effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Employee Listening & Workforce Insights
Support employee listening strategies, including engagement surveys and feedback initiatives.
Analyze employee data and partner with stakeholders to develop action plans that improve the employee experience.
Use insights and metrics to measure success and guide future initiatives.
Regional & Site Engagement
Partner with site leaders and regional representatives to develop engagement programs tailored to local workforce needs.
Leverage workforce analytics to identify trends, improve employee experiences, and support organizational goals.
Collaborate across functions to share best practices and implement scalable engagement strategies.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Five or more years of progressive Human Resources experience with a strong passion for Inclusion & Belonging, employee engagement, or organizational culture.
Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel domestically up to 5%.
Preferred Qualifications
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) experience.
Experience within the aerospace, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries.
Experience supporting global or multi-functional organizations.
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certification.
Experience using Google Workspace applications.
Background supporting diversity, inclusion, employee engagement, or organizational development initiatives.
Work Environment
Hybrid schedule with approximately 80% onsite and 20% remote work.
Approximately 5% domestic travel.
Primarily office-based with occasional visits to production areas requiring appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
Standard office responsibilities, including prolonged computer work, collaboration with cross-functional teams, presentations, and occasional lifting of materials up to 30 pounds.
