About the Role

As a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator, you will provide administrative, technical, and operational support across multiple supply chain functions, including logistics, inventory management, material movement, receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations.

Your work will help ensure the right materials are available at the right time, supporting manufacturing operations and contributing to the success of advanced aviation and aerospace programs.

Location: Ogden, UT 84404

Employment Type: Full-Time Consultant (6 Months)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9/80 Schedule

Pay Rate: $23.02 per hour

Potential: Intended Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations
  
• Receive, store, move, ship, and distribute materials and equipment
  
• Process material transactions and maintain inventory records using SAP S4
  
• Verify quantities, weights, and material compliance prior to shipment or storage
  
• Prepare shipping records, bills of lading, and supporting documentation
  
• Pull, stage, and assemble material kits according to production schedules
  
• Deliver materials to manufacturing and shop floor locations
  
• Utilize computers and business applications to process and track supply chain activities
  
• Operate material-handling equipment, including hand trucks and other warehouse tools
  
• Collaborate with internal customers, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth material flow
  
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation records while supporting operational efficiency
  

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
  
• One year of additional education and/or related supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or inventory experience
  
• Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, including:

  • Word
    
  • PowerPoint
    
  
  
  
• Experience with SAP S4 Goods Issue and Goods Receipt transactions
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
• Ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced experience using SAP S4 for Goods Issue and Goods Receipt transactions
  
• Experience reading and interpreting Stores Pick Tickets
  
• Warehouse operations experience
  
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes
  
• Forklift or reach lift operating experience
  
• Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments
  
• Familiarity with inventory control, receiving, shipping, and material management processes
