PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire a dependable Tool Crib Assistant II. If you're organized, mechanically inclined, and take pride in keeping tools and equipment in top working condition, this is your opportunity to support the teams building the future of aerospace. 

As a Tool Crib Assistant II, you'll help maintain the flow of production by receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining tools, fixtures, dies, and measuring equipment. Your work will ensure technicians have the equipment they need to perform safely, efficiently, and with precision. 

What You'll Do 

In this role, you will: 

• Receive, store, issue, and track tools, machine tool fixtures, dies, and measuring devices. 

• Clean, oil, inspect, and perform minor repairs on hand tools, power tools, and tooling equipment. 

• Monitor inventory and identify surplus or obsolete tools and equipment. 

• Help ensure tools remain safe, functional, and available to support production schedules. 

• Maintain accurate inventory records and equipment documentation. 

• Support a safe, organized, and efficient tool crib operation while following company safety procedures. 

• Assist with equipment inspections and other duties as needed to support manufacturing operations. 

What We're Looking For 

Required Qualifications 

• High School Diploma or GED. 

• Typically 2 or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

• Basic understanding of the use, maintenance, and repair of hand tools, power tools, and tooling equipment. 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. 

• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive manufacturing environment. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with TCMax Asset Management Suite. 

• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry. 

• Background supporting the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) or U.S. military programs.
