Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
As a Mechanical Assembler, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality products by assembling mechanical components according to specifications while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, work instructions, and assembly procedures.
Assemble mechanical parts and components using hand tools, including screwdrivers, drill guns, and other assembly equipment.
Maintain inventory and organization at assigned workstations.
Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards.
Identify defects or assembly issues and notify supervisors promptly.
Rework or repair assemblies as needed following established procedures.
Follow all safety guidelines and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
High School Diploma or GED.
Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience.
Ability to read and follow written instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Good verbal communication skills.
Ability to solve problems using sound judgment and reasoning.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Technical or vocational training or certification.
Experience using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to successfully complete any required pre-employment skills assessments.
Regularly lift 30–50 pounds.
Perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
Demonstrate excellent manual dexterity for precise assembly work.
Stand for extended periods during the workday.
Maintain good vision and attention to detail while inspecting products.
