Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a Mechanical Assembler, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality products by assembling mechanical components according to specifications while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, work instructions, and assembly procedures.

  • Assemble mechanical parts and components using hand tools, including screwdrivers, drill guns, and other assembly equipment.

  • Maintain inventory and organization at assigned workstations.

  • Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards.

  • Identify defects or assembly issues and notify supervisors promptly.

  • Rework or repair assemblies as needed following established procedures.

  • Follow all safety guidelines and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience.

  • Ability to read and follow written instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

  • Good verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to solve problems using sound judgment and reasoning.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical or vocational training or certification.

  • Experience using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to successfully complete any required pre-employment skills assessments.

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly lift 30–50 pounds.

  • Perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.

  • Demonstrate excellent manual dexterity for precise assembly work.

  • Stand for extended periods during the workday.

  • Maintain good vision and attention to detail while inspecting products.

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
