Senior Master Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Program Planner / Integrated Master Scheduler** to provide critical planning and scheduling support for complex, multi-site mission programs. This position will work closely with Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Contracts, Business Management, Production, and other Integrated Product Teams to ensure program milestones, contractual requirements, costs, and delivery schedules remain on track.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on planning professional with strong Integrated Master Schedule experience, advanced critical-path analysis skills, and the ability to confidently communicate schedule risks and program impacts to senior leadership, customers, and key stakeholders.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop, maintain, analyze, and update components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule.
* Support proposal schedule development, Statements of Work, and Basis of Estimate preparation.
* Build and analyze schedule networks using Critical Path Methodology.
* Identify schedule risks, delays, critical events, and potential contractual impacts.
* Advise Program Management when schedule conditions may affect cost, performance, delivery, or contractual commitments.
* Coordinate schedule activities and dependencies across Integrated Product Teams and multiple program locations.
* Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Contracts, Production, and Business Management teams.
* Support cost and schedule integration activities.
* Prepare program status reports, schedule metrics, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
* Provide risk and opportunity analysis input to program teams.
* Support Earned Value Management reporting and schedule performance analysis.
* Monitor schedule performance, milestones, dependencies, and program execution requirements.
* Communicate schedule status and concerns clearly to leadership, customers, and stakeholders.
* Work independently while supporting a fast-paced, collaborative program environment.
* Perform additional program planning and scheduling responsibilities as assigned.

### Required Qualifications

* Active **Top Secret Security Clearance**.
* Five or more years of experience with program cost, scheduling, and schedule integration.
* Hands-on experience developing, maintaining, or analyzing Integrated Master Schedules.
* Strong understanding of Critical Path Methodology and schedule network development.
* Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs.
* Experience presenting program status, schedule performance, risks, and recommendations to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively across multiple technical and functional organizations.
* Self-starter with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

### Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Deltek Open Plan scheduling software.
* Experience with Earned Value Management.
* Experience supporting IPMDAR reporting requirements.
* Experience with Milestones Professional software.
* Experience providing formal risk and opportunity analysis.
* Experience supporting capture, proposal, research and development, production, or program execution schedules.
* Understanding of dependencies between Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Production, and other functional organizations.
* Experience supporting Engineering and Manufacturing Development programs.
* Ability to independently engage technical teams and develop a working understanding of complex technical products.
* Experience supporting mission-critical aerospace, defense, government, or classified programs.
