Chipton-Ross is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner 1 for a hybrid contract opportunity in Palmdale, CA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): o High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruiting / University Relations OR Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruiting / University Relations o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint o Experience using Workday Recruiting, Eightfold or similar ATS platforms. o Ability to obtain a U.S Government clearance. O -Travel required up to 25%
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: o We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) for the Aeronautics sector, who is ready to play a critical role in building the teams that power our mission. This role is designed for a strategic talent partner who thrives at the intersection of business partnership, talent strategy, and organizational impact. o We're looking for a TABP to own the full cycle of recruiting in our world-class Aeronautics organization. You'll partner directly with hiring managers to build pipelines and hire high-quality technical talent and play a key role in shaping how we grow our workforce. o Lead full lifecycle recruiting through offer (sourcing, screening, interview support, selection and offer process). o Serve as a trusted advisor and primary recruiting point of contact for assigned business leaders providing guidance on interviewing, candidate evaluation and hiring decisions. o Conduct detailed strategy sessions to align on role scope, requirements and set expectations of hiring timelines. o Educate hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, competitive pay packages and setting expectations grounded in data. o Track and report on key recruiting metrics as needed by TA and business leadership. o Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking and relationship development. o Assess candidates for technical capability, values, and mission alignment. o Ensure recruiting activities align with compliance standards and talent acquisition processes including maintaining accurate requisition and candidate data in the ATS. o Partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

REQUIRED EDUCATION: High school diploma is required. School must be accredited.
WORK HOURS: Full-Time 9/80 workweek. 8AM - 5PM. Hybrid but location must be within commutable distance of Palmdale, CA.
