• Pay Rate: $18.00–$25.00 per hour
  
• Work Environment: Full-Time Onsite

As an Assembler, you'll play a critical role in building electronic and mechanical assemblies used in advanced aerospace applications. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure every component meets the rigorous standards required in the aviation industry.

From assembling circuit boards and panels to conducting inspections and testing prototypes, your work will directly contribute to products that support innovation and reliability in aerospace manufacturing.

What You'll Do

Assembly & Production

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components, subassemblies, and completed products.
  
• Work on modules, circuit boards, panels, frames, drawers, cables, and related assemblies.
  
• Follow diagrams, blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to complete assembly tasks.
  
• Perform both repetitive and non-repetitive manufacturing operations.
  

Testing & Inspection

• Conduct continuity checks on work-in-process and completed assemblies.
  
• Perform quality inspections to verify compliance with specifications.
  
• Assist with testing and validation of assemblies and prototype units.
  

Rework & Modification

• Disassemble, modify, repair, and reassemble products when required.
  
• Support prototype and experimental builds under simulated operating conditions.
  
• Identify and report quality concerns or assembly issues.
  

Tools & Equipment

• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and saws.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.
  

Required Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  
• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, assembly, or electronics environment.
  
• Ability to interpret diagrams, drawings, and assembly instructions.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  
• Ability to use hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively.
  
• Ability to pass a required medical examination.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• IPC-A-610 experience strongly preferred.
  
• Previous soldering and electronics assembly experience.
  
• Experience working with circuit boards, cables, and electronic assemblies.
  
• Several years of IPC-610 soldering experience may qualify candidates for the higher end of the pay range.
  
• Experience performing inspections, testing, and rework activities.
