We are conducting a targeted search for a Senior Property Manager to oversee a premier Class A Office or Industrial asset in Atlanta.
Opportunities at this level don't become available often. If you have a proven track record in commercial property management, CAM reconciliations, budgeting, financial reporting, and tenant relations, I'd love to connect.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a property management leader who enjoys:
✅ Managing Class A or industrial assets
✅ Building strong tenant relationships and driving retention
✅ Leading capital improvement projects and vendor partnerships
✅ Owning budgets, forecasting, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting
✅ Partnering with ownership to maximize asset value

What we're looking for: ✔ 7+ years of commercial property management experience
✔ Experience with Class A office and/or industrial properties
✔ Strong budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and variance reporting skills
✔ Hands-on CAM reconciliation experience
✔ Advanced Excel knowledge
✔ Experience with MRI, Kardin, Prism, or similar property management platforms preferred
