Pay Rate starting at : $42.70 per hour
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring aircraft safety, reliability, and operational readiness. You'll utilize your technical expertise and aviation maintenance experience to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft systems while helping support one of the industry's most important operations.
This position offers the opportunity to work independently on a variety of maintenance activities while also serving as a valuable resource and mentor to less experienced team members.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, structural, hydraulic, electrical, and powerplant systems.
Inspect aircraft components and systems to ensure airworthiness and operational safety.
Complete maintenance documentation accurately and in compliance with established standards.
Follow aviation maintenance procedures and best practices while maintaining a strong safety culture.
Assess maintenance issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
Support operational readiness through timely completion of assigned maintenance activities.
Provide guidance, assistance, and informal training to junior maintenance personnel.
Collaborate with maintenance teams, supervisors, and operational stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance maintenance processes and performance.
Valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
Demonstrated experience supporting turboprop aircraft.
Minimum of 3+ years of aviation maintenance experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Working knowledge of aviation maintenance procedures, systems, and operational processes.
Ability to diagnose problems, make sound maintenance decisions, and work within established procedures.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to work a rotational schedule of 14 days on / 14 days off, including 12-hour day shifts.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Associate degree or higher in Aviation Maintenance, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Experience working in remote or challenging operational environments.
Previous experience mentoring or supporting junior technicians.
Broad knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes and troubleshooting techniques.
