PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Stress MRB Engineer to support an industry-leading aerospace manufacturer. What You'll Do
Lead complex engineering projects involving critical structural and stress-related challenges.
Provide authoritative technical decisions and recommendations that influence major engineering initiatives.
Develop innovative solutions, methods, and engineering standards to optimize product quality, cost, and schedule.
Apply advanced engineering principles to investigate and resolve issues where established precedents do not exist.
Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive program success.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
13+ years of experience in a specific engineering discipline, or 15+ years of broad engineering experience with a bachelor's degree.
Demonstrated expertise leading complex engineering projects and solving advanced technical problems.
Preferred:
Master's or Ph.D. in Engineering or a related field.
Experience in aerospace structural analysis, stress engineering, or MRB support.
