PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Stress MRB Engineer to support an industry-leading aerospace manufacturer. What You'll Do 

• Lead complex engineering projects involving critical structural and stress-related challenges. 

• Provide authoritative technical decisions and recommendations that influence major engineering initiatives. 

• Develop innovative solutions, methods, and engineering standards to optimize product quality, cost, and schedule. 

• Apply advanced engineering principles to investigate and resolve issues where established precedents do not exist. 

• Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive program success. 

Qualifications 

Required: 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). 

• 13+ years of experience in a specific engineering discipline, or 15+ years of broad engineering experience with a bachelor's degree. 

• Demonstrated expertise leading complex engineering projects and solving advanced technical problems. 

Preferred: 

• Master's or Ph.D. in Engineering or a related field. 

• Experience in aerospace structural analysis, stress engineering, or MRB support.
