Lead Strategic Pricing Initiatives for Government Programs as a Project Manager with PDS Tech!

Pay Rate: $70.00/hr
Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
 

We’re seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead a critical pricing initiative within the Government End Use Pricing organization under Commercial Excellence. In this role, you’ll manage and guide a team of pricing analysts to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely FAR-based proposals.

 What You’ll Do

 Pricing Program Leadership

  • Lead re-pricing efforts for FAR 12 and FAR 15 cost proposals

  • Oversee execution of pricing projects from planning through completion

  • Ensure proposals meet customer requirements and compliance standards


 Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and mentor a team of pricing analysts

  • Provide guidance on data analysis, reporting, and issue resolution

  • Drive accountability and ensure timely delivery of project milestones


 Project Execution & Performance

  • Manage program scope, schedule, and budget using project management best practices

  • Track and report program performance metrics

  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies


 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with finance, pricing, and cross-functional teams

  • Participate in Big Room Planning Sessions

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership


 Continuous Improvement

  • Drive process improvements in pricing and project execution

  • Enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across programs


 Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in financial management or related roles

  • Strong leadership experience managing teams and complex projects

  • Solid understanding of program/project management methodologies

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work effectively

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


 Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)

  • Experience with government pricing and contract compliance

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience leading pricing, finance, or proposal teams

Pay Details: $70.00 per hour
