Project Manager
Pay Rate: $70.00/hr
Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
We’re seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead a critical pricing initiative within the Government End Use Pricing organization under Commercial Excellence. In this role, you’ll manage and guide a team of pricing analysts to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely FAR-based proposals.

Lead re-pricing efforts for FAR 12 and FAR 15 cost proposals
Oversee execution of pricing projects from planning through completion
Ensure proposals meet customer requirements and compliance standards
Manage and mentor a team of pricing analysts
Provide guidance on data analysis, reporting, and issue resolution
Drive accountability and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Manage program scope, schedule, and budget using project management best practices
Track and report program performance metrics
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Partner with finance, pricing, and cross-functional teams
Participate in Big Room Planning Sessions
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership
Drive process improvements in pricing and project execution
Enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across programs
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in financial management or related roles
Strong leadership experience managing teams and complex projects
Solid understanding of program/project management methodologies
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)
Experience with government pricing and contract compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience leading pricing, finance, or proposal teams
Strong financial and analytical background
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results under deadlines
Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
