Qualifying Questions:

Are you a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance?

Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?

Summary:

Develops, implements and maintains manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration.

Identifies tooling requirements and processes tooling orders based on manufacturing and engineering requirements.

Investigates and resolves manufacturing related issues for production operations.

Collects data to support producibility assessments for part or product designs.

Develops work statements and sequencing of limited scope with internal business partners.

Builds technical data packages for use by suppliers to support manufacturing.

Analyzes design and build concepts to evaluate producible definitions and investigates alternative solutions for producibility requirements.

Creates installation planning and supports installation planning shipside in San Antonio.

Participates in process and tool improvement projects to support team performance.

Supports timely delivery of engineering release and manufacturing deliverables under lead guidance.

Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Ability to Obtain a Secret Security Clearance

AA degree in related discipline and typically 1 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be able to work in a team environment.

1+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment.

1+ years of experience applying professional or technical writing skills and teaming to solve technical issues.

Preferred: Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays to support business needs.

Regular and predictable attendance is required.
