Position Overview



Job Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12-Month Assignment)

Location: Remote (Must reside within commuting distance of Clearfield, UT)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9x80 Schedule | Core Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $39.99 per hour

In this strategic role, you'll partner directly with hiring leaders and business stakeholders to develop recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, and deliver outstanding candidate experiences. What You'll Do



As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will:




  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on interviewing best practices, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions.
  • Conduct intake and strategy sessions to establish recruiting plans and realistic hiring timelines.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, market research, and relationship development.
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical capabilities, organizational fit, and mission alignment.
  • Educate leaders on talent market trends, candidate availability, and competitive compensation insights.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to Talent Acquisition and business leadership teams.
  • Ensure compliance with talent acquisition policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within ATS platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
  • Support occasional local recruiting events and onsite activities as needed.


Required Qualifications



To be successful in this role, you should have:




  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience, OR
  • A minimum of 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience recruiting technical talent across engineering disciplines such as:

    • Systems Engineering
    • Software Engineering
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Aerospace Engineering


  • Or experience recruiting across business, operations, production, or supply chain functions.
  • Experience utilizing Workday Recruiting, Eightfold, or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance. 
  • Must reside within a commutable distance of Clearfield, UT.
  • This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

  • Previous experience supporting aerospace, aviation, defense, engineering, or technical recruiting environments.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and consultative skills.

Pay Details: $39.99 per hour
