As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll serve as a key liaison between customers, warehouse operations, sales teams, quality departments, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely processing, tracking, and resolution of customer orders.
Your ability to analyze data, resolve challenges, and maintain strong customer relationships will directly contribute to operational success, customer satisfaction, and supply chain performance.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing customer purchase orders to assess requirements and ensure order accuracy.
Processing and maintaining customer orders through Cardex (ERP) systems and customer portals.
Partnering with warehouse personnel, Sales, Quality, and other departments to resolve order-related issues efficiently.
Prioritizing orders based on shipping requirements and operational urgency.
Researching and resolving order discrepancies using ERP system data and reporting tools.
Managing open orders and proactively addressing pending issues.
Monitoring critical and high-priority orders to ensure on-time shipment and delivery.
Expediting complex customer requests and coordinating cross-functional solutions.
Resolving customer claims, returns, RMAs, credit and rebill requests, and billing issues.
Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
Supporting Accounts Receivable with customer payment and collection activities.
Maintaining pipeline health and monitoring product demand trends in collaboration with customers, planners, and sales teams.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships while providing outstanding service.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
6+ years of related experience in Customer Support, Program Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
Experience working with SAP systems and ERP platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including:
Excel
Word
Outlook
PowerPoint
Experience analyzing reports and interpreting business data.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Highly qualified candidates may also possess:
Experience in aerospace hardware sales.
Knowledge of the aerospace or aviation industry.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong numerical reasoning and mathematical abilities.
Experience supporting supply chain, spare parts, or aviation aftermarket operations.
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Pay Details: $19.38 per hour
