Pay Rate: $27.00/hr



PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to support quality assurance and testing activities within a highly regulated aerospace environment. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring products meet stringent quality, safety, and regulatory standards before they reach customers.



This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about quality systems, laboratory testing, compliance, and continuous improvement.





What You'll Do



Quality Testing & Inspection




  • Evaluate raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform quality control assays, inspections, and testing activities.
  • Assist in validating quality control methods and procedures.


Documentation & Compliance




  • Develop, revise, and maintain quality specifications and documentation.
  • Write and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure accurate documentation of testing results and quality records.


Process Support




  • Assist in identifying and resolving quality-related issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality and compliance.
  • Work closely with quality, manufacturing, and engineering teams to maintain product integrity.


Regulatory & Quality Standards




  • Ensure compliance with established quality systems and FAA-regulated requirements.
  • Follow documented procedures and established testing protocols.
  • Support audits, inspections, and quality reviews as needed.




Required Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • 0–2 years of experience in quality control, laboratory testing, manufacturing, or a related area
  • Basic understanding of quality assurance principles and testing methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines
  • Strong organizational and communication skills




Preferred Qualifications




  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, laboratory, or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with quality systems and standard operating procedures
  • Experience performing inspections, testing, or data analysis
  • Knowledge of quality standards and compliance requirements

Pay Details: $27.00 per hour
