About the Role

As an Assembler, you'll play a critical role in the manufacturing process by applying specialized coatings, potting compounds, and assembly techniques to electronic circuit boards and components. Your attention to detail will help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of products used in the aerospace industry. Every task you complete contributes to delivering exceptional products that meet the highest industry standards.

Position Details

• Location: Clearwater, FL

• Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour paid weekly

• Duration: 12-Month Consultant Assignment

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (4/10 Schedule)

What You'll Do

As a valued member of the manufacturing team, you will:

• Operate dispensing, coating, and potting machines according to customer specifications

• Mask and tape circuit boards to protect designated areas during coating processes

• Inspect assemblies to verify proper coating coverage and quality standards

• Perform manual touch-ups and remove excess coating to maintain product quality

• Prepare and apply potting compounds, coatings, lubricants, bonding materials, and insulating tapes

• Encapsulate discrete assemblies and complete finishing processes

• Maintain coating and dispensing equipment, including cleaning, changing fluids, and replacing mixers

• Transport racks of circuit boards and materials throughout the production process

• Replenish chemicals, solvents, compounds, and process fluids as required

• Maintain accurate work areas and perform housekeeping duties to support a safe manufacturing environment

• Complete required training programs and support fluctuating production demands as needed

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

• Ability to successfully pass a required medical examination

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality procedures

• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, assembly, or electronics environment

• Willingness to complete required Specific Function Training courses

• Ability to safely handle materials, chemicals, and production equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with conformal coating, potting, encapsulation, or dispensing processes

• Knowledge of electronic assemblies, circuit boards, and manufacturing materials

• Prior aerospace, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing experience

• Experience operating automated manufacturing equipment and production machinery
