Role Details

• Location: Niagara Falls, NY
  
• Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
  
• Duration: 12-month assignment
  
• Schedule: 1st Shift (4/10 schedule)
  

What You’ll Do

In this hands-on technical role, you will:

• Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly for production, prototype, and development units
  
• Work with microscopes to assemble miniature, high-precision components
  
• Conduct modifications, rework, and quality testing on assemblies
  
• Adapt to changing part conditions and detailed inconsistencies
  
• Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams
  
• Support preproduction and product development efforts where documentation may be limited
  
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, quality, and consistency in all assembly work
  

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Experience using a microscope for assembly work
  
• Strong visual acuity and exceptional attention to fine detail
  
• Experience handling miniature precision components
  
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
  
• Technical mindset with a detail-oriented approach
  
• Ability to adapt to variations in parts and assembly processes
  
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
  
   
  

• Experience working in an ISO or cleanroom environment
  
• IPC J-STD-001 solder certification
  
• 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
  
  
  
  • SMT (Surface Mount Technology), rework, repair, assembly
    
  • PCB assembly and rework
    
  • Medical device assembly
    
  • Jewelry making or watch repair (micro-precision work)
