About the Role
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aerospace organization to hire a skilled Overhaul Technician. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in assembling and maintaining high-performance electromechanical components that keep aircraft operating safely and efficiently. Your attention to detail and craftsmanship will directly support mission readiness and product reliability in a high-stakes industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and overhaul electromechanical components and wire harnesses

• Perform wiring, crimping, soldering (J-STD preferred), and connector installation

• Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and measuring equipment

• Read and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions

• Complete production documentation and maintain quality standards

• Perform bench assembly and repair work in a clean, safe environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

• 1+ year of assembly, manufacturing, electronics, or aerospace experience

• Experience with wire harness assembly, crimping, and soldering

• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions

• Comfortable using hand tools (under 10 lbs.)

• Must meet FAA Part 145 and ITAR requirements
