Manufacturing Operations Analyst
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a premier leader in the aviation industry to find a results-driven Manufacturing Operations Analyst ready to make a measurable impact on performance, quality, and continuous improvement.
As a Manufacturing Operations Analyst, you will be at the forefront of improving manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiencies using Lean methodologies. Your insights and data-driven strategies will directly influence performance, quality standards, and the success of mission-critical aviation programs.
Location: North Charleston, SC 29418
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Pay Rate: Starting at $50.00 per hour paid weekly
Type: Full-Time Consultant (6-month assignment)
In this impactful role, you will:
Conduct audits and assessments of manufacturing and fulfillment processes for compliance with standards and regulations
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Develop reports and present findings to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges and implement corrective actions
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.)
Develop and execute process improvement plans, operational goals, and performance metrics
Ensure alignment with company policies, work statements, and quality management systems
Partner with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to drive process excellence
Support implementation and sustainability of improvement strategies across the organization
Maintain compliance records, audit documentation, and performance tracking metrics
Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Experience working across cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or operations environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to leadership
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
Familiarity with audit management systems and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
3+ years of business operations experience
Prior experience leading teams or influencing organizational change
Experience with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks
