PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a premier leader in the aviation industry to find a results-driven Manufacturing Operations Analyst ready to make a measurable impact on performance, quality, and continuous improvement.


About the Role & Your Impact

As a Manufacturing Operations Analyst, you will be at the forefront of improving manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiencies using Lean methodologies. Your insights and data-driven strategies will directly influence performance, quality standards, and the success of mission-critical aviation programs.

  • Location: North Charleston, SC 29418

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

  • Pay Rate: Starting at $50.00 per hour paid weekly

  • Type: Full-Time Consultant (6-month assignment)


What You’ll Do

In this impactful role, you will:

  • Conduct audits and assessments of manufacturing and fulfillment processes for compliance with standards and regulations

  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

  • Develop reports and present findings to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges and implement corrective actions

  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.)

  • Develop and execute process improvement plans, operational goals, and performance metrics

  • Ensure alignment with company policies, work statements, and quality management systems

  • Partner with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to drive process excellence

  • Support implementation and sustainability of improvement strategies across the organization

  • Maintain compliance records, audit documentation, and performance tracking metrics


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Experience working across cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or operations environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to leadership

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)

  • Familiarity with audit management systems and Quality Management Systems (QMS)

  • Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business operations experience

  • Prior experience leading teams or influencing organizational change

  • Experience with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks

Pay Details: $45.15 per hour
