 Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time, Consultant (12 Months)
  
• Location: Everett, WA
  
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  
• Pay Rate Starting at : $21.35 per hour
  
• Requirement: Regular and predictable attendance
  

What You’ll Do

Customer Experience & Sales

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment
  
• Assist customers with product selection and purchases using POS systems
  
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries professionally
  
• Support achievement of sales goals at monthly, quarterly, and annual levels
  

Store Operations

• Open and close the store in accordance with established procedures
  
• Maintain daily cash control and accurate point-of-sale transactions
  
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, freight, and inter-store transfers
  
• Prepare and fulfill special orders for customers
  

Inventory & Merchandising

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock balances
  
• Process Mark Out of Stock (MOS) and Return to Vendor (RTV) merchandise
  
• Execute floor sets and uphold merchandising standards
  
• Organize and maintain stockroom and sales floor presentation
  
• Support annual inventory counts and documentation
  

Store Maintenance & Compliance

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
  
• Identify and report safety, housekeeping, and facility issues
  
• Communicate customer feedback and concerns to store leadership
  
• Follow all company policies and procedures consistently
  

 Required & Preferred Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
  
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  
• Professional attitude and commitment to customer service excellence
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  

Preferred:

• 2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience
  
• 4+ years of related work experience or equivalent education/experience combination
  
• Experience with inventory management and merchandising standards
  
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and take initiative
