Mechanical Engineer
Location: Tulsa, OK — Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $38.00/hr

As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll bring projects to life through both technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration:
Evaluate and resolve technical feasibility and production challenges
Plan and execute engineering programs, defining scope, milestones, and customer requirements
Develop FAA-compliant component repair solutions, including DER repairs
Apply analytical tools (including FEA) to solve design and performance issues
Review product designs to ensure compliance with engineering standards, contracts, and specifications
Coordinate engineering activities, testing, and development schedules
Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
Prepare detailed project reports and communicate progress to stakeholders
Support a culture of safety by identifying and reporting potential hazards
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or higher
Minimum 3 years of experience in a regulated industry (aerospace/defense highly preferred)
Strong understanding of FAA-related processes (FAR-145, certification knowledge a plus)
Proficiency in analytical tools such as FEA
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
