Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Focuses on production stability and implements lean methodologies to improve flow of products and people.
Assesses and performs to rate readiness requirements for manufacturing operations.
Reviews facilities footprint and recommends improvements for layout and workflow.
Utilizes root cause analysis and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Performs capacity planning, forecasting for staffing, and recovery planning for factory operations.
Conducts analytics and time studies to support manufacturing and engineering teams.
Applies work measurement techniques to establish standard times and process benchmarks.
Supports supply chain logistics, transportation, and fabrication of raw materials into products and assemblies.
Collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations.
Defines, develops, implements, and improves production processes.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Bachelor s degree or higher in an Engineering field.
2 or more years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or production environment.
1 or more years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Experience with work measurement and time study methodologies.
Experience with problem solving including root cause analysis.
Manufacturing experience in aerospace or related industry.
Experience with capacity planning and staffing forecasts.
Experience with lean principles and continuous improvement tools.
