PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support a leading aviation organization at Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, GA. In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure the right materials are in the right place at the right time—keeping critical aerospace operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Role Details

• Location: Warner Robins, GA (On-site)
  
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
  
• Duration: 6-month assignment (with potential for full-time hire)
  
• Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
  

What You’ll Do

In this essential role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Loading, unloading, and moving materials across the facility
  
• Opening containers and verifying contents using hand tools
  
• Counting, weighing, and recording inventory data accurately
  
• Sorting and placing materials into Bench Stock Locations (BSL)
  
• Using a tablet and handheld scanner to track inventory and replenish stock
  
• Transporting materials via carts, hand trucks, or similar equipment
  
• Supporting shipping and receiving operations
  
• Stacking, organizing, and maintaining material flow within the workspace
  
• Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all material handling processes
  

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in material handling, warehouse, or logistics environments
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Solid oral and written communication skills
  
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools
  
• Ability to follow directions and work within structured processes
  
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.  
  
•    Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.                                          
  
   
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in industrial, aerospace, or manufacturing environments
  
• Familiarity with inventory systems and handheld scanning devices
  
• Comfort using tablets and digital tracking tools
  
• Proven reliability in maintaining accuracy in inventory and material tracking
