PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-driven Quality Technical Analyst to support a leading aviation organization in Tulsa, OK. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring products, processes, and systems meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability.

Your work will directly influence the integrity of aerospace components and systems—helping ensure they perform flawlessly in some of the most demanding environments in the world.

Role Details

• Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (4–6 months, with possible extension)

• Location: Tulsa, OK

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, First Shift (7am – 3:30pm)

• Pay Rate: $45–$48 per hour

What You’ll Do

As a Quality Technical Analyst, you will:

• Analyze and implement quality systems, processes, and procedures to ensure product reliability and compliance

• Review contractual requirements, product definitions, and engineering specifications

• Conduct process, product, and equipment testing to validate performance and quality standards

• Rewrite, reformat, and enhance technical procedures and documentation

• Support configuration management and process consistency

• Participate in design and product reviews to ensure producibility, inspectability, and safety

• Drive corrective actions to resolve non-conformances and improve processes

• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies

• Apply statistical analysis methods to monitor and improve system performance and capability

• Ensure compliance with company, contractual, and regulatory quality standards

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in technical writing, including rewriting and formatting procedures

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and MS Office tools

• Experience analyzing and supporting quality systems and processes

• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical documentation and specifications

• Effective communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AS9100 Quality Management Systems

• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or regulated industries

• Familiarity with statistical quality methods and process improvement tools

• Background in configuration management and compliance environments
