PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly experienced Electronic Systems Design and Analysis Engineer to support a premier aviation leader in Everett, WA. In this role, you will lead the design, integration, and validation of advanced electronic and electrical systems that power next-generation aircraft.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a systems expert ready to shape complex, multi-tiered aerospace programs and influence the full product lifecycle—from concept through deployment and beyond.

Role Details

• Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (5-month assignment)
  
• Location: Everett, WA (On-site)
  
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
  
• Pay Rate Starting at : $82.12 per hour
  

What You’ll Do

As a technical leader in systems engineering, you will:

• Lead development and documentation of electrical and electronic system requirements for complex programs
  
• Translate requirements into system architecture, hardware/software designs, and interface specifications
  
• Direct system integration, testing, and validation activities to ensure operational and functional performance
  
• Develop and implement program-level test strategies
  
• Oversee and manage supplier performance to ensure system alignment and compliance
  
• Conduct independent program reviews and present findings to leadership
  
• Provide ongoing support for fielded systems across the product lifecycle
  
• Lead efforts in technology research and innovation, recommending strategic investments
  
• Serve as a subject matter expert in process development, integration, and system installation
  
• Resolve complex supplier and integration challenges across multidisciplinary teams
  

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related field
  
• Extensive experience in systems engineering, including leading integration and testing efforts
  
• Background in hardware development and system architecture
  
• Experience working in lab and aircraft testing environments
  
• Proven experience supporting development programs and production system startup
  
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  

Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of experience
  
• Master’s degree with 12+ years of experience
  
• PhD with 9+ years of experience
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft electronic/electrical systems integration
  
• Strong understanding of complex, multi-system architecture environments
  
• Demonstrated success in supplier management and technical issue resolution
  
• Experience supporting factory activation and manufacturing readiness
  
• Ability to lead across cross-functional teams and influence program direction
