PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly experienced Electronic Systems Design and Analysis Engineer to support a premier aviation leader in Everett, WA. In this role, you will lead the design, integration, and validation of advanced electronic and electrical systems that power next-generation aircraft.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a systems expert ready to shape complex, multi-tiered aerospace programs and influence the full product lifecycle—from concept through deployment and beyond.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Pay Rate Starting at : $82.12 per hour
What You’ll Do
As a technical leader in systems engineering, you will:
Lead development and documentation of electrical and electronic system requirements for complex programs
Translate requirements into system architecture, hardware/software designs, and interface specifications
Direct system integration, testing, and validation activities to ensure operational and functional performance
Develop and implement program-level test strategies
Oversee and manage supplier performance to ensure system alignment and compliance
Conduct independent program reviews and present findings to leadership
Provide ongoing support for fielded systems across the product lifecycle
Lead efforts in technology research and innovation, recommending strategic investments
Serve as a subject matter expert in process development, integration, and system installation
Resolve complex supplier and integration challenges across multidisciplinary teams
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related field
Extensive experience in systems engineering, including leading integration and testing efforts
Background in hardware development and system architecture
Experience working in lab and aircraft testing environments
Proven experience supporting development programs and production system startup
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of experience
Master’s degree with 12+ years of experience
PhD with 9+ years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in aircraft electronic/electrical systems integration
Strong understanding of complex, multi-system architecture environments
Demonstrated success in supplier management and technical issue resolution
Experience supporting factory activation and manufacturing readiness
Ability to lead across cross-functional teams and influence program direction

Pay Details: $82.12 per hour
