BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): •Must have 4-6 years of related work experience
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: •A Scrum Master with a strong data-analytics background will prioritize turning large volumes of project data into clear, actionable insights that accelerate delivery and improve quality. Core responsibilities include designing, configuring, and maintaining Jira Structures to surface real-time performance metrics; building and automating sophisticated Excel reports using visuals such as pivot tables for resource utilization, risk registers, and variance analysis; analyzing extensive Jira and IMS data to produce concise, data-rich status reports, forecasts, and executive summaries that translate technical metrics into strategic business recommendations; and developing automated monitoring mechanisms, to flag schedule slippage, resource constraints, and quality deviations for timely intervention. • In addition, the role involves leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives while coaching the team on Scrum principles; acting as the primary liaison between the Scrum team and project management; and continuously identifying opportunities to streamline Scrum and reporting processes using analytics, thereby increasing productivity and transparency.
