Material Handler

As a Material Handler, you are the backbone of production logistics. Your attention to detail and efficiency ensure that materials move seamlessly through the operation—helping teams stay on schedule, maintain quality, and deliver excellence in the aviation industry.
Location: Savannah, GA 31408
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (3 Months)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
In this hands-on role, you will support the flow of materials critical to production success:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments
Organize, label, and store inventory accurately within designated areas
Pick, pack, and deliver materials to production teams in a timely manner
Maintain inventory accuracy through tracking systems and cycle counts
Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or carts
Ensure materials meet quality standards and report discrepancies promptly
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Collaborate with production, warehouse, and supply chain teams to meet daily goals
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift and move materials in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills for tracking and documentation
Reliable work ethic and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
1 year previous experience in manufacturing setting highly preferred. Comfortable with hand tools, cut saws.
Previous experience in material handling, warehouse, or logistics operations
Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP tools
Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment
Background in manufacturing or aerospace environments
