PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aviation industry organization to hire a Supply Chain Management Analyst who will play a key role in ensuring materials, schedules, and resources are seamlessly aligned. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving efficiency, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring on-time delivery—directly impacting production success and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

In this dynamic role, you’ll take ownership of critical supply chain activities, supporting production and optimizing performance:

• Analyze complex material requirements and incorporate planning decisions to achieve optimal solutions
  
• Apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination across the global supply chain
  
• Verify and integrate Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into production plans
  
• Initiate, coordinate, and authorize order releases based on system requirements and resource availability
  
• Monitor and ensure on-time delivery; document and resolve order delinquencies
  
• Track and report schedule adherence issues
  
• Develop and manage inventory plans, optimizing stock levels and minimizing excess
  
• Analyze and disposition surplus inventory
  
• Support audits and maintain compliance with supply chain processes
  
• Create and maintain schedules for products and services
  
• Assist with estimating and scheduling for new business proposals
  
• Drive process improvements by identifying best practices in materials management
  

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, materials management, or related field
  
• Working knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems
  
• Strong warehouse and inventory system proficiency
  
• Ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and make informed decisions
  
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience, OR
  
  Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience, OR
  
  Equivalent combination of education and experience
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments
  
• Strong understanding of inventory optimization and production scheduling
  
• Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
  
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
