PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to hire a skilled Electronics Technician ready to troubleshoot, test, and elevate critical electronic systems. Your Role & Impact

As an Electronics Technician, you will be essential to ensuring the reliability and performance of advanced electronic systems used in aviation. From testing circuit card assemblies to troubleshooting at the component level, your expertise will directly support production quality, system integrity, and on-time delivery.

Location & Schedule

• Location: Clearwater, FL
  
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (EST)
  
• Duration: 12-month contract
  
• Pay Rate: $22.00 – $35.00/hour
  

What You’ll Do

• Set up and perform testing on electronic circuit card assemblies, RF circuits, and subassemblies
  
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic systems down to the component level
  
• Interpret schematic diagrams to isolate failures in analog and digital circuits
  
• Adjust, calibrate, and maintain electronic systems and test equipment
  
• Analyze test results and recommend improvements to products and processes
  
• Assist engineers with developing and refining test procedures for new products
  
• Use tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and signal generators
  
• Perform quality checks in alignment with established standards and procedures
  
• Document maintenance and test results accurately using Microsoft Office tools
  
• Support production schedules in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of electronics testing or troubleshooting experience
  
• Strong skills in component-level troubleshooting of solid-state and digital circuits
  
• Proficiency with schematic diagrams and electronic test equipment
  
• Basic computer skills and ability to document work using Microsoft Office
  
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RF (Radio Frequency) troubleshooting
  
• Familiarity with flying probe or high-power testing
  
• Knowledge of radar systems
  
• Experience with vibration and thermal ESS testing
  
• Technical training equivalent to an Associate degree in electronics or related field
