Position Overview

• Job Title: Employee Data Management Specialist
  
• Location: 100% onsite – Hazelwood, MO; Mesa, AZ; or Seattle, WA
  
• Job Type: Full-time Consultant (6 Months)
  
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
  
• Pay Rate Starting at : $37.17  per hour
  

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring accurate, compliant employee data management within a highly regulated, unionized environment—supporting operations that keep the aviation industry moving.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of the HR operations team, you will:

• Evaluate and process complex union-related requests and tickets, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) and seniority rules
  
• Serve as a subject matter expert for HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, PeopleSoft Payroll)
  
• Collaborate closely with Labor Relations, Union Representatives, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation teams
  
• Investigate and support internal and external HR audits, including fact-finding and documentation
  
• Process high-volume HR transactions in alignment with established policies and procedures
  
• Identify and correct HR system errors and discrepancies through audit queries
  
• Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries via written, electronic, and verbal communication
  
• Interpret and explain HR policies, procedures, and processes clearly and professionally
  
• Support flexible work demands to meet customer and business needs
  

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Workday HRMS
  
• 1+ year of experience in Labor Relations or a unionized environment
  
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interpreting and applying collective bargaining agreements (CBAs)
  
• Background providing guidance on HR policies and procedures in unionized settings
  
• 1+ year of experience with ServiceNow
  
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Payroll (HRMS) systems
  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with typically 6+ years of related experience
  
  Equivalent combinations such as advanced degrees or extensive experience will also be considered.
