Position Overview
Job Title: Employee Data Management Specialist
Location: 100% onsite – Hazelwood, MO; Mesa, AZ; or Seattle, WA
Job Type: Full-time Consultant (6 Months)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
Pay Rate Starting at : $37.17 per hour
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring accurate, compliant employee data management within a highly regulated, unionized environment—supporting operations that keep the aviation industry moving.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of the HR operations team, you will:
Evaluate and process complex union-related requests and tickets, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) and seniority rules
Serve as a subject matter expert for HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, PeopleSoft Payroll)
Collaborate closely with Labor Relations, Union Representatives, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation teams
Investigate and support internal and external HR audits, including fact-finding and documentation
Process high-volume HR transactions in alignment with established policies and procedures
Identify and correct HR system errors and discrepancies through audit queries
Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries via written, electronic, and verbal communication
Interpret and explain HR policies, procedures, and processes clearly and professionally
Support flexible work demands to meet customer and business needs
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with Workday HRMS
1+ year of experience in Labor Relations or a unionized environment
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience interpreting and applying collective bargaining agreements (CBAs)
Background providing guidance on HR policies and procedures in unionized settings
1+ year of experience with ServiceNow
Familiarity with PeopleSoft Payroll (HRMS) systems
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with typically 6+ years of related experience
Equivalent combinations such as advanced degrees or extensive experience will also be considered.

Pay Details: $37.17 per hour
